GENERAL CONDITIONS – ÖLLÖV WEBSHOP

By ordering from our web store, you agree to the following conditions of sale:
- Introduction
These terms and conditions are specific when using our website, Öllöv webshop-, (The Website www.ollov.com ) and shopping with us online and constitute the entire agreement for purchase of the Öllöv branded products displayed on the website. Contact us at info@ollov.com should you have any additional questions.
- Information about the Öllöv products
Please find information on the main characteristics of the Öllöv products and instructions and manual on usage at the website. We are not responsible for damages or defaults caused by negligence or any usage in breach of any Öllöv instructions or manual.
- Orders
Orders shall be made at the Website.
- Minimum age
You can only purchase from Öllöv Webshop if you are aged 18 or over. Orders from purchasers below this age must be signed by a guardian.
- Intellectual property rights
HGF – AB Halmstads Gummifabrik holds the title and all intellectual property rights and know-how and all similar rights to the product that exists in the future in any territory.
- Pricing
Current prices are listed in the pricelist in on The Website. All prices include local VAT where applicable. For orders from countries outside the EU, customs or other import taxes may be added and should be borne by the customer. The product prices shown do not include shipping costs which will be added to your total order price before check out.
- Payment
Payment shall be made online. Online payment options include major credit cards through Stripe or PayPal. For business accounts other payment options are available upon agreement.
- Reservations
We make reservations for price adjustment, price errors, stock changes, potential technical faults on the website. We reserve the right to adjust prices, correct product texts, photos and prices default written or printed on The Website. We also make reservations for the fact that some items can be out of stock.
- Shipping cost
The shipping costs will change from time to time depending on the daily rates and will automatically be added to the price while checking out your order.
Information of current shipping prices will be shown during checkout before finalizing your purchase.
We offer free shipping on larger orders. Details will be found during checkout process.
- Delivery time
Orders will be processed within 2 business days and we aim to deliver your online order within another 2-7 working days depending on location.
- Out of stock
Occasionally certain items run out of stock and if this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to wait until the order can be shipped or to cancel your order.
- Cancellation
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (2005:59) you have the right of 14 days of right of cancellation from the date you received the product(s). You may return new and unused product(s) within this time and from the date you have placed the order. We will give you a refund within 14 days from receipts of your returned goods. Refund will be made by the same method as your original payment for products that are returned with proof of purchase in new condition and, if possible, in original packaging. You can return any product as long as it´s in re-saleable condition. Unless faulty, we may refuse the return or offer an exchange only if the returns criteria are not fully met.
Any costs associated with the cancellation and return of product(s) shall be paid by you as a customer.
Notification on withdrawals shall be made through email to returns@ollov.com whereby information on return address will follow.
- Notice of non-conformity
Notice of non-conformity of any default shall be made within 2 months from the date you discovered any default, at returns@ollov.com with your name and order number along with a description and if possible a photo of the alleged default. Any such notice of non-conformity made later than 36 months after purchase date will not be considered.
- Damaged items
If items are damaged during transport, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. Please keep any damaged product so that we can inspect it at a later date. If you dispose of any damaged product before we have had the opportunity to inspect it, then this could affect any claim. We will always attempt to replace any damaged product. However, if we are unable to do so we will refund you with the full amount you have paid for the product(s).
- Our liability
Our entire liability to you under these general terms and conditions and return policy shall not exceed the price paid for the goods you have purchased through The website, provided that we take reasonable care when delivering goods to you. We will not be liable for any indirect losses.
We will not be liable for any personal injuries, injuries on horses or damage on other products unless caused by gross negligence by Öllöv.
- Miscellaneous
We have no responsibility for any accident that might occur in connection with the use of our products.
Remember that your horse may need some time to get used to the new type of shoes.
We are not responsible for purchases and transactions between the customer and resellers, dealers.
- Force Majeure
In the event of war, natural disasters, strikes, government decisions, lack of delivery from suppliers, costly event, and similar events beyond our control which is not reasonably foreseeable, and affects the agreements and commitments on our site, which allows us not to honour that agreement / pledge shall constitute the basis that we are released from our obligations to fulfil that contract.
- Invalidity
In the event that one or more of the terms set out in these general terms and conditions or in the returns policy is held to be invalid by a competent authority, the remaining items shall continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them
- Disputes
In the event you have any complaint regarding a product or service purchased from The Website please contact us at The website.
In the unlikely event that we are unable to resolve your complaint, and you are still not satisfied following the conclusion of our complaint handling procedure you may refer your complaint to Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden in Sweden.
Disputes connected to this agreement shall be solved by Swedish Courts with Halmstads Tingsrätt as the first instance.
- Governing law
This agreement is governed by Swedish law. Sales of Goods Act is not applicable.
PERSONAL DATA
Personal data
For the purposes of marketing and improving products and services, we may store your personal information for a period of up to a year after your latest order is delivered.
In the event that an extension of that period is deemed desirable, we will first seek your consent in order to be able to store that personal data for another year, or longer if that is either agreed upon by both parties or mandated by Swedish law.
